Guilt doesn't seem to be very popular yet. HOB is more diverse crowd but technoy music. Estate and Underbar is mostly hip-hop top 40 mixes and college aged crowd. I'll add that Machine is 18+ on fridays so the crowd is very young and to check to the events online for saturday as it is sometimes girls night.
If you're more into the daddy/leather scene, you might want to start there. Machine/Ramrod and Paradise are both fun for nights I want to mix it up and try something different. But DO NOT get there before midnight.you'll be the only one. If you're going to check out one of the Chris Harris nights (the straight bars), my favorite is Estate on Thursdays, followed by House of Blues on Saturdays. All and all it's a pretty good bar.worth it for me b/c of the membership b/c I think paying a $10 cover to get into a bar where i'm going to spend money is ridiculous. And you get 20% off food (they have a pretty decent menu). Membership also drops coat check from $3 to $1. The regular cover charge is $10, so as long as you go more than 5 times, it's paid for itself. You can get more information a for those nights.įor my money, your best bet is Club Cafe. It's incredibly overpriced, but it's usually a fairly decent crowd of pretty good looking people. And all basically have a $10 cover after 11 (don't bother going to beat the cover.NO ONE will be there until 12) and $10 drinks. Then there are a string of straight bars that have gay nights. Paradise (in Cambridge) - a little more diverse crowd than Machine/Ramrod, but still kind of a leather feel to it. Machine/Ramrod - dance bar/ leather scene
